Administer contracts and compliance in support of National and major accounts.
1.Process administrative contract transactions across all channels and ensure accuracy of calculations and payments within contractual terms and conditions.
2.Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and determine action to rectify contract noncompliance.
3.Process miscellaneous price credits/debits and resolve other contractual discrepancies.
4.Manage aged deductions and work with receivables management to resolve disputed claims.
5.Interface with other functional groups to ensure consistency and integrity in contract processing.
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and performing other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelors degree required.
1.A minimum of 2 years related work experience.
2.Ability to understand the organizations strategy and translate into day-to-day activities.
3.Ability to facilitate interpretation and understanding of data, identify risks, develop recommendations and implement solutions.
4.Ability to build and develop professional relationships within and outside of the work environment.
5.Ability to consistently provide clear and concise written and verbal communication.
6.Ability or aptitude to utilize software application to complete tasks.
This position is responsible for the contracts administrative tasks across all channels. Analyzing and reporting on contract compliance. Demonstrate the ability to think analytically and to conduct appropriate research to resolve discrepancies. Providing a positive impact to short and long term departmental goals. Creating a professional cross-functional work environment.
