What You'll Do
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our internal systems, network, and applications.
  • Administer and respond to support channels (Help Desk, email, Slack) and reply to user requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure optimal performance and security of company network, server and client computer and telecommunications.
  • Administer current cloud services deployment and make improvement both in the security and performance
  • Provide your expert technical guidance and support for the development or troubleshooting of existing systems.
  • Implement and maintain security methodologies and protocols at the cloud, operating system and application levels.
  • Assist with the review and enforcement of IT policies and procedures, and proactive reporting and auditing of server and network access
  • Contribute to the selection, prototyping, and implementation of 3rd party software and cloud-based services.
  • Interact with internal technical leaders to develop your own, innovative solutions that meet internal customer needs with respect to availability, functionality, performance, reliability, repeatability, and scalability.
  • Roll out new system solutions and integrations based on company initiatives.
Who You Are:
  • 3-5 years experience as a Systems Administrator
  • Experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management methodologies.
  • Experience documenting system s design specifications including installation instructions, troubleshooting, monitoring, and security requirements.
  • Experience with Windows system administration including, Active Directory, GPO configuration, and client systems support
  • Experience in SSO and SAML platforms and providers
  • Experience with on boarding applications with OKTA
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, multi-tasking, organizing and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of standard security methodologies
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously in a dynamic, changing environment
  • Reliable and competent
  • Familiarity with both Macs & PCs
