Description of Project/Skills Needed
?± This is an Internet (web) Client/Server application. There is a web front end that interfaces with 3 backend systems/databases. We want to be sure that when multiple users start accessing features over the web it responds to them in a reasonable time, we want to know at what point the stress of multiple users will "break" the hardware/system, and identify what hardware/software modifications would make the system more robust. We need someone to oversee/assist/audit the individual stress/performance testing on each of the 3 backend systems, and then we need him to write a plan and create LoadRunner scripts to perform a stress/performance test when the 3 backend systems are integrated with the front-end.

?± This person must have a minimum of 3 years experience with Stress and Performance testing using LoadRunner (this does not mean they did for 3 months in 1995, 2 months in 98 and 5 months in 99 -- their experience must total 3 years)
?± Must know how to do an Analysis of the Reports excecuted by LoadRunner Scripts, understand the Standard Deviation and Derive with Meaningful explanations of what is happening in the Applications and point out Bottle necks and what, why and How to resolve certain problems & etc...
?± They must know how to create test plans, understand the hardware software on our system and how their relationship affects performance, write LoadRunner scripts, execute tests, analyze results and make recommendations to resolve performance issues. They must have good communication
