Reference Number: Job Description: Our client is a growing global provider of professional services in the areas of internal audit, technology risk management, tax, and finance and accounting. With over 50 offices, they serve Fortune 500 to start-up organizations. Their business model is to provide solutions to our clients utilizing our experienced professionals, best of breed methodologies and commitment to customer service. The Professional Services Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales by developing client relationships with new and existing clients that will lead to new business, creating strategies to penetrate the territory, and build strong relationships with the internal delivery and leadership team. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and manage territory plans and execute against sales objectives 2. Develop client relationships throughout the organization in each pertinent area including finance, accounting, tax, internal audit, technology risk management and related areas of the business 3. In collaboration with delivery leaders, develop an account strategy, communication plan, and overall client satisfaction plan 4. Develop a plan for using corporate and regional marketing programs to develop leads 5. Participate in regional and global sales best practices training 6. Share successes and ideas within the local, regional and global team 7. Deliver against quota and customer satisfaction goals Qualifications 1. More than ten years experience selling in a solution sales environment and developing custom solutions tailored to individual client needs 2. Professional services sales experience; experience with financial services and/or technology consulting is a must. Financial acumen is desired 3. Demonstrated track record of success against quota 4. Outstanding ability to work within a team sales environment, excellent communication and leadership skills 5. Senior level client relationship skills including experience in negotiations, articulating complex solutions and benefits 6. Ability to interface with C-level executives, management and financial decision makers 7. Strategic approach to selling and closing complex transactions in a B2B environment 8. Self-starter and motivator to drive business within the designated territory 9. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills 10. Good project management skills 11. Comfortable in a fast paced and growing environment 12. Bachelors degree required preferably in business Experience Level: Requirements: | |
