Reference Number: lddr1790655 Job Description: Responsibilities: Maintain and grow sales within an assigned region through telecommunications with new and existing customers. Prospect, identify, qualify and manage your sales pipeline Develop a strong relationship with new and established customers Sell products to new and established customers Call on new and existing accounts to obtain orders by phone, fax, and/or email. Respond to customer inquiries and anticipate customer needs through ongoing contact Handle all customer issues from inception to final resolution Maintain high level of customer satisfaction Minimum Requirements: At least 5 years experience in inside sales of a product A proven ability to "close the deal" with a bright, go-getter, organized attitude and the ability to develop and keep strong, loyal customer relationships Working knowledge of Customer Relations Management software, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
