We have a team of experienced engineers, scientists and planners that work together to support transportation projects at every juncture of the project’s life cycle with deliver solutions that make the world more accessible today – and tomorrow.   The Position: The Senior Local Manager, Transportation has full P&L responsibility for the local area group.  This position reports to the Senior VP Regional Manager, Transportation.  Some of the responsibilities of this position include: ·         Developing and managing client relationships ·         Identifying, leading project pursuits, contracting and managing (employees and subcontractors) in the successful delivery of selected multi-disciplined projects ·         Managing all aspects of the project teams including project coordination, technical oversight, schedule and cost control, change management and QA/QC ·         Providing leadership and mentoring for younger colleagues ·          Serving as a key member of the leadership team   Must Have Requirements:   Local P.E. Certification BS in Civil Engineering, MBA preferred Minimum 15+ years of relevant transportation experience Proven network of client relationships with state or municipal transportation agencies Successful track record of project management experience with the planning and/or design aspects of roadway projects (highways, major arterials, interchanges, city streets, etc.); Strong team leader and mentor Active membership in local/regional transportation organizations like ACEC, ASCE, WTS, etc.   Compensation: This is an executive level position and offers a highly competitive salary, with generous bonus potential, benefits package, health insurances, 401K, liberal vacation, illness, and personal days policy.  Relocation assistance is available.
