Their connectors and cable assemblies are used in electronic or communication systems in the aerospace, defense, telecommunications markets, as well as the test & measurement industry. This Plant Manager directs production operations to support company goals and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include site operation, production programs, quality, continuous improvement, warehousing and logistics. Immediate and key challenges are the transfer of site operations and implementing Lean Manufacturing methods. We are looking for a stable career with clearly defined experience in management of site operations with 350 to 400 employees, P&L / budget management, strategic involvement in manufacturing upgrades, and most especially hands on experience with the physical move of factory operations. Our client has their sites set on someone with proven leadership ability that can grow with and within the company to take on other positions.   BS operations, logistics, engineering or related 7 years operations management 3 years international logistics, sourcing & outsourcing to Asia Hands on experience with LEAN & 6 SIGMA manufacturing processes Hands on experience with quality programs (Black Belt, ISO 9000, 14001, AS9100) Dynamic manager, team player, coach, and team builder Ambition to grow within the company Technical knowledge of connectivity products, electronics manufacturing Experience Level: Unspecified Requirements:
