The Global Head of Proposals is searching for a key person to help support their group with proposals/contract negotiations and have management responsibility. Don’t miss out on a ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPTY TO JOIN A FULL SERVICE CRO THAT IS CLEARLY ONE OF THE MARKET LEADERS!   Job Description The Manage and direct the operations of the North American Contracts & Proposals team, to efficiently produce accurate and timely Proposals, Budgets and Requests for Information (RFI) to customers. Manage staff in accordance with organizations policies and applicable legislation. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters, including salary administration Develop client specific presentations and proposals (methodology, costs, deadlines, etc). Collaborate with senior management and other functional leadership to improve efficiencies, project outcomes and quality metrics for Contracts and Proposals Required Skills and Experience 4 year Degree in Business, Marketing or other directly related field Experience managing and negotiating eight figured deals within CRO’s ( 10m plus ) At least 15 years experience in Contracts Management, Business Development, Proposals and/or Budgeting Clinical Research or Pharmaceutical Industry experience is a must Excellent domain knowledge of contracts and proposals processes and budget preparation Ability to interact confidently with members of clinical and scientific teams and clients. Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet). Self-motivated, resourceful team player with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform multiple tasks.   Compensation 175K-190K Base plus Bonus ( negotiable on experience ) Excellent Benefits Experience Level: Unspecified Requirements:
