Reference Number: Job Description: Our client, a leader in their field seeks a seasoned business manager to develop relations within the agri/farming/dairy community to promote our services and to enhance existing customer relations within the community. You will educate on areas of concern to the clientele, including insurance, supplies, lending capabilities of the organization and promote our existing business units to members. Serve as a liaison between the members and corporate/board of directors and report concerns, new ideas, etc. to determine what next steps need to be addressed. The candidate will have a minimum of 8 years within a agri/dairy environment, or work closely with the agri/dairy industry in a key role as business advisor, possibly as a banking or legal representative. Must be polished and professional, with strong presentation skills to interact with all levels of the organization and members. Must be flexible for 60% travel and be proficient with Microsoft Office products. A minimum of a Bachelors in Agri or other Business related degree preferred. Masters degree highly desirable.
