Job Description:

Work with analysts, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify, develop, integrate, and transition operational concepts and potential solutions through the process of requirements definition, concept development and experimentation, analysis, and refinement. Support architecture and systems engineering technical efforts and perform systems analysis, process modeling, information engineering, trade-off analysis, feasibility studies, technology conceptual designs, and other special studies and analyses. Investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, or evaluate solutions. Analyze, plan, and develop current and future architectures. Produce DoDAF architecture products, including AV-1, Operational Views, System Views, and TV-1 using architecture tools. Develop architecture products to support experimentation, modeling, and simulation. Lead and conduct architect working group meetings with the project team and stakeholders.

 

 

Basic Qualifications: -7+ years of experience with full life cycle systems engineering -7+ years of experience with government or commercial consulting. -5+ years of experience with project management and team leadership -5+ years of experience with the analysis, planning, and development of current and future architectures using DoDAF -Experience with the integration and interoperability of multiple COTS products and databases -Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint -Experience with Microsoft Visio -Knowledge of C4ISR-related architectures and operations, GIG, NECC, and SOA concepts and integration -Ability to research unconventional applications of software and operating systems for designing and developing new methodologies, significant modifications, or adaptations of standardized techniques -Secret clearance required -BA or BS degree required   Additional Qualifications: -Experience with CI/HUMINT collection and collection-management support systems, including HOTR, CIDNE, DSOMS, and PORTICO -Experience with Human factors engineering -Experience with working in USJFCOM -Knowledge of the requirements, applications, and current and emerging capabilities and limitations of Joint, coalition, and Service CI/HUMINT operations, techniques, and systems -Knowledge of Joint or Service experimentation processes and procedures -TS/SCI clearance preferred -DoDAF Certification   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
