DescriptionKey Role:
Provide expert research and analysis to support the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Army Warfighting Challenge (AWFC) and Learning Demand (LD) focus area, including the exploration of ARCIC Learning Needs and providing reports following the examination of ARCIC Learning Demands by these activities. Coordinate with Army Battle Labs, TRADOC Centers of Excellence, TRADOC Capability Developments Integration Directorates, and other ARCIC Divisions in order to generate experiments, studies, analyses, and wargames to explore ARCIC Learning Demands. Participate in selective experiments, studies, analyses and wargames. Interface with Military and government service personnel and other contractors who are working related issues in support of Army combat units on a regular basis. This position will require travel of up to 15% of the time to various US Army installations to attend periodic conferences in support of these efforts.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -18+ years of experience in active Military service at the Lieutenant Colonel or above with the US Army, where the majority of that service was in Army maneuver support units, as an officer in the US Marine Corps, government civilian in grade GS-13 or higher, or time as defense a consultant -2+ years of experience at the Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), in maneuver support, concept development, experimentation, or doctrine development -Secret clearance -BA degree required    Additional Qualifications: -Ability to show participation in a major deployment of US Army forces, including to Iraq, Afghanistan, Balkans, or Somalia -Possession of excellent analytical and presentation skills -Possession of excellent written communication skills -Top Secret clearance   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
