Manage the 3PL relationships for both Truckload (TL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) carriers. The company is very focused on on-going continuous improvement; you will take ownership to implement process improvements that support logistics. Manage and negotiate about $50M in logistics spend. Finalize C-TPAT certification. What you must bring to the table Minimum of 7+ years of experience including transportation, warehousing and fulfillment. Experience with refrigerated containers / cold chain is a must – no exceptions. Strong experience negotiating with TL and LTL carriers. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience with Tier-1 software is preferred.  Ideal = experience with SAP or JD Edwards. Ability to travel 25% of the time.
