Reference Number: lddr1976693 Job Description: Financial Services Experience is a MUST - experience working in commercial or consumer credit cards, fraud, o dept management is a plus!!   NO RELOCATION FOR POSTITION!!   This senior candidate will be responsible for leading and managing multiple large major change programs for our Consumer Finance Division. These major change programs will consist of multiple projects rolled up into one large program.         Every aspect of these projects will need to be managed including stakeholders, budget, scope, scheduling, resource planning, risks/issues, prioritization of projects under each program, identifying dependencies, roles identification, and communication.  It is expected that the candidate will be a savvy leader and have the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and all phases of the project.          Qualifications      12 to 15 years experience leading major project initiatives within the financial services industry. Experience with major projects specific to Problem Debt Management including collections, fraud and recoveries are a significant plus.  ·           Excellent People Management skills. ·         Persistence, dedication, organizational, multi-project management, team building excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, conflict management. ·         Extremely detail oriented. ·         Ability to deal with tight timelines, limited resources and still deliver on time and within scope. ·         Ability to facilitate and coordinate meetings in an effective manner. ·         Vendor management. ·         Keen ability to lead cross functional teams in a matrix environment. ·         Ability to lead several projects at that once that have a common strategic goal. ·         Strong influence and team building skills in a matrix environment. ·         Ability to resolve conflict while keeping relationships in tact. ·         Work well under pressure with tight deadlines and little supervision. ·         Strategic and tactical awareness - ability to distinguish the difference between strategic goals of the organization, programs and tie them together for a successful outcome. Formal training in project management methodology is required. ·         PMP certification a plus. ·         Technically proficient in MS Project, MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel.  Experience Level: Unspecified Requirements:
