Reference Number: lddr1987235 Job Description: Sr. Manager – Sales & Operations Planning   Are you a motivated leader interested in playing a critical role in a new global change initiative   This position is not for somebody who strives to be a role-player, but is for somebody who wants to be a driver and lead the organization into its next phase of success.   Our client, an international consumer package goods company, is looking for a Sr. Manager – S&OP to join its team.  This position will help to drive a worldwide strategy for efficiency within the Supply Chain Organization.   Responsibilities include: Manage people, projects & process related to Sales & Operations Planning for worldwide organization. Working with aggressive project timelines, assist in developing implementation strategy and detailed work plans Provide day to day project direction to team members and external consultants Coordinate, review and evaluate deliverables Ensure delivery of key milestones for projects Manage project scope, address project issues and risks Enable change management activities Requirements & Skills: Knowledge of Supply Chain Process, with preference toward candidates from Distribution/Manufacturing companies Ability to visualize new business processes across organizational boundaries Highly effective communicator Leadership skills that have been repeatedly tested in change environments Strong Project Management skills to lead Gut, instinct, and determination to enhance value and lead growth   Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience in supply planning/production & inventory Experience with MPS/rough cut/DRP capacity planning Strong understanding of integrated supply chain,  inventory management and ERP systems Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree Ability to travel up to 50% Experience Level: Unspecified Requirements:
