Review finalized estimates for compliance with project documents and specifications. Maintain an up-to-date computer aided estimating system. Communicate with estimating manager, salesperson, other departments and construction professionals in order to best ensure profitable outcome.Other technical support as needed. Required Skills * Excellent Blueprint Reading Skills * Excellent Estimating skills * Experience with Microsoft Project, Planswift or Primavera estimating software * Excellent MS Office Skills * Experience in Division 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 Commercial Construction * Great Communication skills with Co-Workers and Construction Professionals Required Experience * Must have 5 plus years experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator * Minimum Education Required: Associates Degree * Ability to read and comprehend commercial construction documents; write routine reports and correspondence; speak/present in front of a small group.
