The Resolution Center is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to perform technical support, as well as identify, prioritize and find resolutions to reported problems. This individual will ensure the customers issues are logged, tracked and completed appropriately. The qualified candidate will be responsible for technical assistance, software training and working closely with the development team. The candidate must be a "people person" with excellent and professional communication skills both in email and by phone and enjoy working in a team environment. . Provide technical support for enterprise applications . Strong database and server knowledge . Provide technical support and troubleshoot client performance issues . Work with Project Managers to identify and to resolve problems reported client issues in a timely manner. . Log detail and accurate activities for all work performed on client issues . Communicate daily with clients for status and/or updates of issues according to guidelines . Work closely with members of the support team, development and other teams across the enterprise to upgrade our clients to the latest version of software across a diverse Healthcare client base . Working with client IT and Clinical staff to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve TouchWorks application issues . Working with 3rd party hardware and software vendors as necessary to assist clients in resolving difficult system problems . Providing off-hours coverage to clients on a rotating basis . Attend training classes as requested . Up to 20% travel at times Job Requirements: . Excellent organizational skills . Strong technical problem solving skills . Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. . Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and manage several customer situations . Solid understanding of the relationship between hardware, operating systems, and application software in a multi-tier environment . Knowledge and experience in client-server technology, Windows Server, MS SQL Server administration and database programming, Windows Client OS, Internet Information Server, TCP/IP networking concepts . Working knowledge of ASP, .Net, Java Script and HTML or other web based programming languages a plus . 4 year technical degree, 2 Year Technical degree + 2 years technical experience, or 4 years Level 2 help desk experience .
