Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consult with multiple clients to determine database
and information requirements, perform thorough needs and assessment. Design,
develop and implement databases and process automation, as well as determine
technology needed to support them. Analyzes report data, providing
recommendations and solutions for the business to implement. Recommend changes
to business strategy based upon analysis. Presents final reports and
presentations that summarize key results and trends. Present report findings and
analysis to senior, mid-level and production managers as well as other audiences
as appropriate. Work with key stakeholders to develop and provide database
support such as training participants, evaluation, communication strategies,
system conversions and enhancements, etc. Liaison with Database Administrators
and Data Analysts in Corporate Information Technology areas to ensure full
implementation and necessary ongoing systems support. Lead project teams. Other
Functions, May also participate and lead in process automation, software and
hardware deployment and configuration, data security, and process
improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Same as Sr Specialist plus, Proven skills
in testing, developing, and implementing technical application to meet client
data needs. Significant knowledge of database languages, data delivery tools,
and LAN environment. Working knowledge of organization systems, applications,
business acumen and protocol. Proven project management skills. Effective
negotiating and influencing skills. Preferred, College degree in related field
with Masters degree in Economics, Finance or other related field. Strong
knowledge of web systems and applications. Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm
