POSITION SUMMARY:Customer Service Agents are responsible for the daily operation of station activity while keeping safety in forefront.
AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
* Perform all duties in accordance with Company procedures and policies
* Show respect for the Station Manager by following directions in order to ensure a safe and efficient operation
* Wear Company issued uniform on duty and maintain appearance of uniform in an exemplary manner
* RepresentGreat Lakesin a professional manner at all times
* Operate and maintainGreat Lakesequipment with the utmost care
* Maintain Station Radio Logs
* Direct aircraft safely using standardized hand signal
* Perform all job requirements with team effort. Keep co-workers informed of all station happenings
* Respect other co-workers, communicate and resolve any operational issues or job performance issues as a team member before using the chain-of-command
* Keep all Company information and personnel matters confidential. No comments are to be made to the media
* All other job duties assigned by the Station Manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, skill and abilities:
* Minimum 18 years of age
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Customer serviceoriented
* Ability to solve problems creatively
* Strong attention to detail
* Good computer skills
* Must speak and understand English
* Must have valid Driver’s License
* Must be available to work flexible hours and days including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Indoors and Outdoors. May stand continuously up to four hours at a time
* Working outside in inclement weather

* Various work schedules to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
