Job Purpose: The technical operations manager is responsible for leading, directing, coaching, and developing unit technical managers and technical staff. The technical operations manager is responsible for the quality of the repair, technical productivity, recall prevention, parts usage, and customer satisfaction. Technical operations managers will develop and/or technical national/technical initiatives in a way that yields maximum benefit to Sears Holding Corporation.
